1. Intellectual Property Rights

All artwork, designs, graphics, and content displayed on this site are the exclusive property of Blckgrl Atelier. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of these materials is strictly prohibited.

2. Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products. However, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colors, or other content available on the site are error-free, complete, or current. If a product offered is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. Blckgrl Atelier has limited liability and you will harmless due to third party error.

3. Third-Party Shipper

Our products are shipped through a third-party service provider called Printful. We are not responsible for production or any delays, damages, or losses that occur during the shipping process. Please refer to the third-party shipper's terms for more information on their policies.

4. Use of Site

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to engage in any activity that could harm the site, its users, or Blckgrl Atelier. Unauthorized use of the site may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.

5. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

In no event shall the Blckgrl Atelier be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or the purchase of products through the site which includes data breaches, loss of personal or payment information. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Virginia, USA. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Virginia, USA.

7. Changes to Terms

The artist reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the site. Your continued use of the site signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Account information

Blckgrl Atelier cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your Account and password. We may request additional security measures at any time and reserve the right to adjust these requirements at our discretion.

9. Payment processing

Payment processing is done by Squarespace payments through secure systems and third parties. In case of loss or breach, Blckgrl Atelier is not responsible and users agree to hold Blckgrl Atelier harmless. Refer to terms of services for payment processors.

10. Issues Relating to Misrepresentation, False or Misleading Advertising

Blckgrl Atelier does not represent itself as a producer, manufacturer, shipper, or stocker of any merchandise or physical product. Blckgrl Atelier uses a third party for sourcing, production, fulfillment, and shipment of apparel and bags. By using the site, users understand that Blckgrl Atelier is solely responsible for designs and graphics. Users of the site do not hold Blckgrl Atelier liable for any issues with the end product.

11. Taxes

Blckgrl Atelier is responsible for collecting and paying taxes relative to applicable state laws. Blckgrl Atelier will charge taxes and fees as applicable according to state laws.
